Day 1: Arrival in Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, your tour manager will greet you and assist with all arrival formalities before accompanying you to your hotel in a deluxe air-conditioned vehicle. Once there, they’ll ensure a smooth check-in and go over your budget-friendly itinerary, confirming tour pick-up times with you.

Day 2: Pyramids & GEM
After a hearty breakfast at your hotel, your personal guide will accompany you to the Giza Plateau, where your journey begins with a visit to one of the Seven Wonders of the World—the awe-inspiring Great Pyramids of Giza. You’ll also see the iconic Sphinx and the Valley Temple, each offering a deeper glimpse into ancient Egyptian civilization. Following your exploration, enjoy a flavorful lunch at a traditional Egyptian restaurant. Next, head to the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), also known as the Giza Museum, located just 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from the pyramid complex.
The GEM is currently open for limited access as part of a soft opening phase, allowing visitors to explore the Grand Hall, Main Galleries, Grand Staircase, exterior gardens, and commercial areas. Later in the evening, you’ll be transferred to the Giza train station to board the sleeper train bound for Aswan. Dinner and breakfast will be served onboard in your private compartment.

Day 3: Aswan Nile Cruise Tours
Upon your arrival at the Aswan train station, a Middle East representative will be there to meet and assist you, ensuring a smooth continuation of your Egypt trip. You will then be transferred to your Nile cruise ship, where you’ll enjoy lunch on board.
In the afternoon, your guide will take you to explore the majestic Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddesses Isis and Hathor, followed by a visit to the massive Unfinished Obelisk, still lying in the ancient stone quarries of Egypt. After your tour, return to the cruise ship to enjoy dinner on board.

Day 4: Kom Ombo
After enjoying breakfast on board, your Egypt trip continues as you sail to Kom Ombo to visit its unique twin temple. This fascinating site is dedicated to two deities: the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus, with each half of the temple honoring one of them. Their stories and symbols are beautifully preserved in the temple's architecture and reliefs. Following your visit, return to the ship for lunch, then continue sailing to Edfu. Enjoy dinner on board as you cruise along the Nile.

Day 5: Luxor Nile Cruise
Following breakfast on your Nile cruise ship, you’ll head out to explore the impressive Horus Temple in Edfu. After the visit, the ship will continue sailing toward Luxor while you enjoy lunch on board. In the evening, return to the cruise for dinner and a lively belly dance performance.

Day 6: Luxor Nile Cruise Tours - Train to Cairo
In the early morning, savor a relaxing breakfast on board your Nile cruise ship. Afterward, disembark for an exciting day of exploration. Your first stop will be the East Bank of the Nile, where you'll visit the awe-inspiring Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple.
Next, head to the West Bank, where you'll explore the legendary Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari, and the Colossi of Memnon. In the afternoon, you'll transfer to the Luxor train station to board the sleeper train back to Cairo. Dinner will be served on board the train.

Day 7: Cairo Optional Excursions
Enjoy breakfast on the sleeper train before arriving at the Giza train station, where a Middle East Trips representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. You’ll have some free time to relax, and your room will be ready for early check-in if possible. While in Cairo, you can opt for additional excursions, including a visit to the Step Pyramid of King Zoser in Sakkara and the ancient site of Memphis.

Day 8: Cairo - Final departure
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Cairo, followed by some free time to relax before your flight. After check-out, you’ll be escorted to Cairo International Airport for your departure.

Note: Egyptian trains follow quality standards set by the Egyptian Railway Authority. The sleeper train ride from Cairo to Aswan lasts around 14 hours, while the return journey from Luxor to Cairo takes about 11 hours. To save time, you can choose to upgrade your package to include domestic flights—each lasting around 1.5 hours—for an additional cost of approximately $295 per person.

To ensure a smooth booking process, we require a 25% deposit of the total tour cost. This deposit guarantees your hotel accommodation, cruise cabin, domestic flight, and all related travel services. The remaining balance can be paid up to two days before arrival or in cash upon arrival to your tour manager.
If you need to cancel your trip, the following charges will apply:
- 61+ days before arrival: 15% of total tour price
- 60 to 31 days before arrival: 35% of total tour price
- 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price
- 14 to 1 days before arrival: 100% of total tour price
