Upon your arrival in Casablanca, our local driver guide will greet you outside gate 2 at the airport. From there, you'll head north to Rabat, the capital of Morocco, where you'll check in at your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay.

After breakfast, get ready for a guided tour of Rabat as part of your tour of Morocco and Tunisia. The tour will dive into the city's rich history, starting with visits to Chellah and Kasbah Ouddaya. Following the historical exploration, you’ll have free time to wander through the souks and bazaars in Rabat's old medina. Next, enjoy a Moroccan tea time at “Café Maure” along the Bouregrag River, where you can savor mint tea paired with Moroccan treats like “Kaab Ghazal” and “Ghariba.”

Afterward, we will travel to Fez, with stops in Volubilis and Meknes along the way. Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site, will introduce you to the fascinating ruins of Roman and Berber civilizations. A specialized guide will lead you through the archaeological site. The journey continues to Meknes, the Imperial City built by Moulay Ismail, often referred to as the “Versailles of Morocco.” Here, you’ll visit the iconic Bab El Mansour and Lhri gates. Finally, continue on to Fez for the evening.

Fun fact: Kaab Ghazal, meaning "hoof of the deer," along with Ghariba and mint tea, represent the warmth of Moroccan hospitality.

After breakfast, start your guided city tour of Fez, which was the capital of the kingdom until 1912. Today, you will explore the Medina of Fez, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one of the world’s oldest urban areas. Founded in the 9th century, it is also home to the oldest university globally.

Your local guide will take you to significant landmarks such as the Bou Inania and Attarin Medersas, the tanneries, Ess-Seffarine Square, the tomb of Moulay Driss, El Nejjarine Square, and the cabinet makers' souk in the Mellah, the Jewish district. You'll also have the chance to participate in a pottery workshop led by a master, offering an authentic Moroccan experience.

After enjoying lunch at a local restaurant, you can either return to your hotel or wander through the winding alleys of the old town on your own. Additionally, Fez hosts a famous Sufi festival every October, attracting performers from across the globe.

Then, embark on a 3-hour drive to Matmata, where you'll discover the region’s famous troglodyte dwellings—underground homes traditionally built by Berbers to escape the harsh summer heat. Enjoy lunch at a unique troglodyte-style restaurant and visit some of these traditional homes.

Later, travel to Douz (a 1-hour and 10-minute drive), a desert town often referred to as the "gateway to the Sahara." In ancient times, it served as a key stop along the trans-Saharan caravan routes. End the day by checking into your hotel in Douz for dinner.

Often described as a dream rising in shades of ochre and sandy beige, Kairouan carries over 1,300 years of Islamic heritage and exudes a peaceful, timeless atmosphere.

Begin your exploration at the Great Mosque of Uqba Bin Nafi, a significant religious and architectural landmark dating back to the 9th century. Then, visit the historic Aghlabiden Pool, once a vital water reservoir for the city.

Take a stroll through the old Medina and enjoy some free time in the bustling souks, where each street buzzes with traders and artisans showcasing their crafts.

Located near the Sidi Sahbi Mausoleum, this serene garden restaurant offers a delightful mix of local and Tunisian dishes. Its inviting atmosphere, attentive service, and traditional design create a dining experience that captures the city’s authentic charm.

After lunch, take part in a hands-on Makroudh workshop. This traditional pastry-making class guides you through crafting semolina dough, filling it with seasoned dates, shaping it, and frying it to golden perfection before dipping it in honey syrup. You’ll end the session with a tasting that truly connects you to Kairouan’s sweet culinary legacy. Later, continue your journey to Hammamet, where you'll check in to your hotel, and enjoy dinner.
Overnight in Hammamet.

After breakfast, begin your day with a visit to Hammamet, a beloved coastal destination known for its fragrant orange groves and scenic sandy beaches.

Start by exploring the Old Medina, where waves crash against the fortified walls of a 15th-century kasbah. The Medina charms with its narrow, maze-like alleys, bright blue doors, and stark white buildings that house inviting boutiques and art galleries.

Then, take a short 20-minute drive to Nabeul, a renowned hub for traditional crafts. Known for its vibrant pottery and fragrant distilled waters from orange blossoms, roses, and jasmine, Nabeul offers an authentic artisan experience. Visit a local pottery workshop and watch skilled craftsmen at work. Next, visit a quaint fishing port framed by stunning beaches and a historic 12th-century fort perched on a hilltop—offering panoramic views of the sea.
